I was curious if this will do any damage and/or is the damage being done already. On my 2001 I have the Mag-Hytec Double Deep Transmission Pan. I have religously been changing the fluid at the 24,000 mile marks. The only thing is I have been using Royal Purple Synthetic Transmission Fluid. I am getting to the point of having to change fluid and the filter again. I have talked to a lot of other people and they have said that running Royal Purple Tranny Fluid is bad for it. Is this true. Also I was going to shift back to Mopar ATF+4. I still have 3 qts of Royal Purple. Would it hurt to put the 3 qts Royal Purple and fill the rest of it with 6 qts of the Mopar, or should I go with strait Mopar and try to find someone that would want the Royal Purple.
