found this in my trans pan...

I am having an issue with 1-2 shift.. replaced the speed sensor
on advice from this forum, no fix

so now, on advice from this forum I am about to replace the gov pressure solenoid and switch, but when I dropped the pan

this was in the pan...

its clearly broken..
