Can use a little help, working on a 03 that is setting code P0234 overboost. It also is blowing black smoke, falled Emission test. The truck runs great.
I have 14 psi and 1.2volts on the scanner showing boost with KOEO and at IDLE. I believe that it shouldn't be that high? Showing 41 PSI under hard thottle, have boost gauge that shows 24-26psi. Does anyone know if you should see 14 psi, This truck I believe has a Bully Dog chipped. 5.5 inch exhaust. AFE intake system. Thied a new boost MAP sensor no change.
My need to put it back to OE P/C flash to rule out Bully Dog system.
