Two immediate changes I am going to make are replacing the flexible rubber valve stems and add mud flaps.
The OEM rubber stems are too flexible to get a decent pressure reading (rear duals) or fill with air. I am thinking a bent metal extension for inside dual and short metal for outside. Those of you that have already done this I would appreciate brands, model #'s and source for the stems. BTW, I had thought that the valve stems on duals were supposed to be 180 degrees apart. Mine are in the same wheel hole on both sides.
Mud flaps. I found Husky mud flaps for the duals that are reasionably priced. Anyone using them? Or, if not, what are you using?
Thanks.
