raptor fuel pump problem
June 18th, 2008
got a raptor fuel pump for a 24v. guy rolled the pickup a week ago and a few days later the pump quit running. I checked the complete wiring harness, replaced a blown fuse, and nothing. replaced the relay, didnt make a difference. monday i talked to toby at pure flow, told me to take the bottom plate off to see if anything was caught in the rotor; nothing visible put it back together, ran for a few days at 14 psi then all of a sudden 5psi and now nothing. the motor will not come on at all. he wants to take the regulator out and see if anything is in there now. I thought these pumps were designed to deal with a little trash- is anyone running a filter before the pump?
