My son and daughter in law now own my 2001 truck (HO, 6 speed, no engine mods). They live in San Antonio, near the airport. Does anyone have the name of a good private mechanic in or near San Antonio that works on these trucks? No current problems, but I would like to be able to give them a name of who to contact, or who to avoid, for when something does happen.

I replaced the lift pump and VP44 while I still owned it. I expect the first problem may be the clutch.

(I now have a 2006 quad cab, short bed and love it. I am about to have knee replacement surgery so I'm glad I have the auto trans.)
