Can anyone give me the shop time to adjust the valves? I don't have a book showing the time. '03 3500. I need to know how much to charge a neighbor wanting to have his valves run. Also I have to replace his block heater,I don't member if the coolant is the extended life antifreeze or I don't have to worry about mixing the old with the new.
