VQ30DE cover fit on VQ30DET

Is there anyway a VQ30DE cover will fit on a VQ30DET and hide the turbo??
I'm looking at buying a Y34 cedric with a VQ30DET but I am still a P plater.
Any other ways around the turbo issue without getting a model with a different engine?
