Im redoing my basement. When I was taking down the wall I found these Ceska diplomas from 1925. BOth signed and stamped. Ive been trying to do some research and the only thing I can up with was that one signature Dr.George DuraGuca was appointed to a unit in a war of 1917 by President Wilson.

If anyone can help or knows anything about this. I would greatly appreciate it.
I cant get the whole thing in the picture while still being able to see it so if you have any questions let me know.
