So I just found out that if I use my Chase Mastercard to purchase something from outside the USA or while traveling outside the USA, there is a 3% Foreign Transaction Fee.
I also called Discover and they charge 2%.
I fanally called American Express and they charge 2.7%.
I for one think this is ridiculous!
