Anyone have any idea how I can repair this waste gate actuator arm going to the turbo? It looks like a snap ring is missing.

I think the waste gate is open. I am not familiar with this area of the vehicle. But thats what it appears to look like?

I am on the highway, no load thank goodness. loose all pressure and limp to a rest stop. Check hoses first, crawl under and find the attached pics.....

its a little hot now, but i plan on trying to get it back on shortly. Anyone have any idea what size snap ring that holds that on

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
