Just bought a new Spearco intercooler. Has anyone who has done this upgrade changed the tubes with it? Any suggestions on brands? I have a Banks High Ram intake on it already, as well as an Air Raid air intake and Banks 4" exhaust. My truck is a 04 3/4 ton, quad, 4 x 4 with 8 ft bed. The warranty is going to be up in about 13,000 miles and I plan on upgrading the Turbo and injectors on it after it expires. What do you think is the best way to go. I don't pull anything on a regular basis. I would like to have another 200 reliable hp, without sacrificing mileage. I'm getting between 21 and 22 right now. Any help would be great.
I'm a big fan of Dodge. I currently work at the Warren Truck Assembly plant in Michigan. We will be building the new 1/2 ton 09' Cummins Diesels here. I have seen the body shells for the new on in the Paint shop. It looks pretty good.
