I would have a good handle on your finances and what they are going to be like going forward before you enter into any sort of major financing deal.
You are going to need people to answer the phone and you are going to need drivers. You can quickly train someone to answer the phone and coordinate all the jobs that get called in. However, you need to find drivers with experience who are professionals. I don’t have any specific advice on where to find these people, but they are going to be the key to your success. You want to find people who are friendly and fun to be around while also staying professional.
Marketing is the key to success for a towing business. If no one knows you exist, you simply won’t get any phone calls and you just won’t have a successful business. You can get phone calls from people looking on Google, or you can do the old school way of marketing. Whatever you do, just make sure you have a well though out plan in place before you get the company started.
